Contest Rules
Use the form below to register via e-mail.
1. Deadline for entry is the last day of each month.
2. Drawing will be held on the 5th of each month.
3. Only 1 entry per email address allowed per month.
4. Winner will be notified via email with a request for a mailing address.
5. Gift certificates totaling $25 will be mailed to recipient.
6. Gift certificates will be honored at all locations.
7. Gratuity and alcoholic beverages not included.
